    Frequently Asked Questions

    help

    Does the plush need batteries?

No batteries needed. The "running" effect works by hand when you give it a shake, so there are no batteries or replacements to worry about.

    help

Do the arms and legs really move, or are they just for show?

They move when you shake it, making it look like it's "running" – which makes it extra fun and playful.

    help

    Does it shed?

Like most fluffy plushies, you may notice a few loose fibres at first. A gentle brush is all it takes, and shedding stops after the first few days.

    help

Can it be washed without getting ruined?

Yes, it can be washed. We recommend a gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle to keep its shape and mechanism in good condition.

My daughter loved it, she can't be separated from it. It's of very good quality, very huggable. At first it's a bit difficult to figure out how to make it run, but after several attempts it works on the first try. You have to shake it from side to side by holding it by the hairs on its head and then from top to bottom. I really recommend it!

"My daughter loves it! It's super soft, well-made, and just like in the photos. Highly recommended purchase!" 🧸

I bought it as a little gift and it was a real hit. It's original, different and both kids and adults love it. It's not the most sophisticated soft toy, but it does exactly what it's meant to.

It arrived extremely quickly, the quality in relation to the price is excellent, it is very soft and tender, it could just have more padding in the legs and arms to make it easier to make it move as is the trend. Totally recommended.

This is the second highland cow i’ve purchased. my daughter (27), saw it on my bed & said… “what is that?!” she fell in love instantly! it was so cute! i had just gotten mine the day before, so she wasn’t getting mine! she wanted the same one, with the same colors. and, that’s exactly what she got! she’s such an angel & rarely asks me for anything! it was my pleasure to get this precious, soft, nice quality plushie for her! it’s the perfect size to snuggle with while sleeping, stuffed just right & the cutest thing! and, you can’t beat the price!! i was also very surprised at how fast it arrived! i’m very happy with my purchases! thank you! 😊

The toy is very soft, fluffy, and voluminous. It actually moves if you shake it properly. It looks very cute and funny. You want to hug it. I bought it as a gift, but I'll miss it when I give it away.
